Comcenter is expanding and is now looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a varied role that combines proactive appointment booking, technical consulting, and responsibility for our corporate store. As an Inside Sales Representative at Comcenter, you are the engine of our sales organization. Your main task is proactive outreach via phone, where you maintain a high activity level to identify new business opportunities and schedule quality customer meetings for our field sales representatives. You are the one who opens up opportunities for new collaborations, and over time, there is a possibility that you will also drive your own sales processes forward.

The role is significantly broader than that. You are responsible for our corporate store. This means everything from providing professional hardware advice to visitors, to managing purchases of mobile phones and administering our web shop. To give you the best conditions, you will also accompany our experienced salespeople on customer visits, all to give you a comprehensive understanding of how our solutions create real differences in practice.

To thrive in the role of Inside Sales Representative, you are someone who loves to talk to people and has the ability to build trust quickly. You are driven by achieving results and working towards set goals.

To succeed, you have experience in sales or customer service and are comfortable using the phone as a tool. The job requires perseverance, a positive attitude in the face of setbacks, and good familiarity with digital environments and CRM systems. Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as well as a B driver's license, are required.

You are someone who loves to make contact with new people and sees every phone call as an opportunity to build a new relationship and create new business.
